Khao Man Gai Slow-poached chicken served over rice cooked in rich chicken broth, garlic, and ginger. Served alongside sliced cucumbers, fresh cilantro, and a bold, tangy bean-paste ginger-garlic sauce with a kick of Thai chilis. Accompanied by a warm side of clear chicken broth.
